MISSION STATEMENT The mission of Raines Elementary School is to provide a culturally diverse education by challenging students to develop essential academic skills through high quality teaching and learning, social skills awareness, and artistic surroundings to become productive, responsible citizens of tomorrow, while maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
